{"id":820,"date":"2018-01-03T16:44:15","date_gmt":"2018-01-03T15:44:15","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blog.residenceliguria.com\/?p=820"},"modified":"2018-01-18T15:07:54","modified_gmt":"2018-01-18T14:07:54","slug":"liguriabikexperience-deiva-marina-tappa-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.residenceliguria.com\/en\/liguriabikexperience-deiva-marina-tappa-2\/","title":{"rendered":"LiguriaBikeXperience \u2013 Deiva Marina [stage 2]"},"content":{"rendered":"<!-- Added by Post\/Page Specific Custom Code plugin, thank you for using! -->\n<style>.contenitorepost {\r\n   height: 558px;\r\n}\r\n@media (max-width: 640px) {\r\n.contenitorepost {\r\n   height: 200px;\r\n}\r\n}<\/style>\n<p><\/p>\n<div class=\"spazio30\"><\/div>\n<p><strong>DEIVA MARINA \u2013 FREERIDE PARADISE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The second chapter of the LiguriaBikeXperience tour stops at Deiva Marina, a small seaside village halfway between the famous Cinque Terre and Sestri Levante, in the eastern Liguria.<br \/>\nHere for years the mountain bike has been practiced, so much so that many important events and competitions have been hosted like the Italian Enduro championships and for many years Bike Shuttle tours have been organized starting from the Sestri Levante rocky trails to connect the Deiva Marina\u2019s trails. <\/p>\n<p>In Deiva Marina the tracks are natural, skillfully built and maintained by the local trail-builders and the BreakBike Sestri Levante association.<br \/>\nThe territory has a lot of potential thanks to the mountains that gives the idea of being the perfect set for mountain biking and freeride.<\/p>\n<div class=\"spazio30\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"video-container\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/dD-Kakb_0Rg\" width=\"100%\" height=\"450\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><span data-mce-type=\"bookmark\" style=\"display: inline-block; width: 0px; overflow: hidden; line-height: 0;\" class=\"mce_SELRES_start\">\ufeff<\/span><\/iframe><\/div>\n<div class=\"spazio30\"><\/div>\n<p><strong>THE TOURS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The hinterland of Deiva Marina, for its characteristics, is excellent for Enduro mountain biking in all its forms.<br \/>\nThere are about 10 trails, mostly downhill, distributed between Mount San Nicolao and Cima Stronzi (850 meters above sea level), along the Passo del Bracco and the hills near the sea, where trails run fast to the village or to the nearby Levanto and Moneglia.<\/p>\n<p>You can start from Deiva Marina to make different kind of tours or for those who prefer downhill and freeride there is the alternative of Bike Shuttle tours.<br \/>\nYou can also ride a modern E-Enduro (E-bike). This time the Bike Shuttle was chosen under the guidance of the experts of the BreakBike association.<\/p>\n<div class=\"spazio30\"><\/div>\n<p><strong>THE TRAILS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Also in Deiva Marina the mountain bike trails are very different from each other, for terrain, vegetation and kind of riding.<br \/>\nThree different trails were then selected, which well represent all the trails of this area.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-responsive aligncenter wp-image-826 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/blog.residenceliguria.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/02-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"785\" height=\"440\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blog.residenceliguria.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/02-1.jpg 785w, https:\/\/blog.residenceliguria.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/02-1-300x168.jpg 300w, https:\/\/blog.residenceliguria.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/02-1-768x430.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 785px) 100vw, 785px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>LA RAI &#8220;ANTENNE AREA&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Antenna area is located on the Stronzi\u2019s top at 850 meters above sea level and it takes about 20 minutes of uphill with a van to reach the top.<br \/>\nFrom here several trails start and all of them are characterized by the typical vegetation of the Ligurian Alps, whose terrain consists of compact ground and roots.<\/p>\n<p>The &#8220;RAI&#8221; trail is characterized by natural flow, the curves are well connected to each other and there is an \u201copen\u201d vegetation.<br \/>\nThis trail allows riders to ride fast through the pines.<\/p>\n<div class=\"spazio30\"><\/div>\n<p><strong>VIGO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This trail starts from the village of Costa, in the municipality of Framura, one of the last ones in the province of La Spezia and it goes down to Deiva Marina.<br \/>\nThe scenery is hilly, the vegetation becomes denser and the compact ground offers to the riders an excellent grip.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-responsive aligncenter wp-image-827 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/blog.residenceliguria.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/04-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"785\" height=\"440\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blog.residenceliguria.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/04-1.jpg 785w, https:\/\/blog.residenceliguria.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/04-1-300x168.jpg 300w, https:\/\/blog.residenceliguria.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/04-1-768x430.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 785px) 100vw, 785px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>FUMARUPE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>It is perhaps the most representative path of Deiva Marina.
